Such a lovely marinade. I think it had the perfect amount of spice for us. I did marinade the chicken for about 3 hours. I cooked it on the foreman like ErikaNY did. Tasty, flavorful and low cal too! I will be making this again. Thanks Kristen!people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? Fantastic!!! I made this for dinner tonight (for my husband and I). The ONLY change I made was to add a few red pepper flakes into the marinade... and I marinated for 2 hours, rather than 1. Otherwise, left as is! I thought this was VERY worthy of my 5 stars. We live in NY, so it's cold outdoors... I still love grilling though - just indoors! I used my foreman and it took maybe 7 minutes for both breasts. It had a delicious flavor to it, and it was SO MOIST! I paired it with some brown rice and vegetables... filling, healthy meal. Can't wait to make this again.people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? Yes | No We don't know who you are. This was a really nice marinade, my only quibble being that it wasn't very "spicy." But we'll just add more pepper next time. Other than that it was quite tasty. I cooked it under the broiler and the given cook time is perfect; the chicken was tender and not at all dry. Thanks!people found this review Helpful.
