  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine flour, salt and soda and set aside. In a small bowl,combine sour cream & molasses.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, mix butter (or margarine) and brown sugar till light. Add eggs one at a time. Alternate flour mixture and sour cream mixture till the batter is well blended. Fold in 3/4 Celsius cashews.
  4. Pour mixture into greased 8' square pan and bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Cool and frost.
  5. Frosting:.
  6. Combine butter (or margarine) and sour cream in medium mixing bowl. Add powdered sugar and beat till combined. Frost cooled cake and sprinkle cashews over the top.
