This salad is amazing! I ALWAYS get compliments from guests when I make it. My husband really likes it when I add turkey bacon.
In a world where sometimes nothing is as it seems nor as it may appear, this can easily be mistaken for dessert, but don't mind me, my brainz are just leaking.

This has got to be one of the best salads I have ever made...I found some apple/pear stilton cheese that I used instead of the swiss, fabulous, fancy salad....
Pretty indeed - the sweet dressing works perfectly with the salty cashews! I used reduced fat swiss cheese and splenda, both subs worked out great. I served on a combo of fresh mixed greens and we truly enjoyed this salad. I also used olive oil in place of vegetable to make the dressing. Made for My 3-Chefs 2008.
