- Line sheet pan with waxed paper.
- Put in sauce pan butter, sugar and corn syrup, bring mixture to a boil while constantly stirring until mixture is a light golden brown.
- Add the cashews and stir to coat.
- Immediately pour nut mixture into pan.
- Chill until set and turn over onto a sheet of waxed paper.
- Remove waxed paper from back of candy.
- Break into serving size pieces.
