i really enjoyed this recipe. I did not have cashews, Will try and remember to get some when i go shopping. Would definitely make this again. I am on weight watchers and i used one chicken breast and a few more vegetables, including beans sprouts and broccoli. It made 2 servings and each serving was 1 point. Very filling. Thanks!
