Nice stir-fry, with a bit of tang, the mixture of sauces different to what I usually make but nice for something different.
Great Chinese chicken dish!!! I made this, although scaled back to 1/2 of the amount, and subbed whole almonds for the cashews, otherwise, made as written. To me, this is more authenic tasting, by using the oyster and sesame sauces, then other recipes. My reason for 4 instead of 5 stars, is that it was too sweet for my liking, almost a sweet and sour chicken flavor.
I made as posted, except I used a mix of green, yellow, and red bell peppers. Made it very colorful! This was delicious....only thing I'd change is to add some garlic. I served mine over rice wit sides of green beans with cashews and roasted baby carrots. Delicious weeknight meal! Thanks for sharing a scrumptious meal.
I only made 1 change, no green pepper. I don't like peppers. Never had oyster sauce before but it tasted pretty good. I served this on long grain rice with a side of garlic toast. Made for 1 2 3 Hits tag game.
So easy, so fast, and so delicious! The only change I made was red bell peppers vs. green. Such a great go-to dish when you need something quick or at the last minute, and definitely a good healthy meal as well. Made for 1-2-3 Tag, December, 2011.
A very good version of this dish. I used a green and a red pepper bell for this recipe.
We enjoyed this this veeeery much! All of us!
Served with fried champignons and white rice.
