  • 1. Slice chicken into 1" squares add salt and pepper to taste . Chop green onions.
  • 2.Pour chicken broth into a small bowl and mix togeher with soy sauce,cornstarch,sugar and chili sauce.
  • To Cook.
  • 1. Heat 1 tblsp. of oil over med heat and add nuts,shake pan until toasted. Remove and set aside.
  • 2. Add remaining oil to pan and add chicken cook quickly remove and set aside.
  • 3. Add veggies saute till start to color. Add broth mixture then chicken bring to boil and let simmer for 2 to 4 minutes or until veggies are cooked. Add bamboo shoots and stir until sauce thickens. Mix in green onions and nuts.
  • Serve over steamed rice.
