this was great-my family says so, all enjoyed the chicken and the sauce. i used thin asparagus and cut the chicken into thick strips, served it with brown rice,all gone

This was awesome. I loved the hoisin/bread crumb coating on the chicken. I will definitely be using that basic recipe for many chicken dinners-it was so good and easy too. Thanks Derf the whole recipe was a hit at my cooking club dinner!
My husband and I really enjoyed this chicken dish. The only thing I did different was to use cut up squash and mushrooms in place of snap peas. Thanks for sharing.
Good Morning- My BF and I really enjoyed this recipe-easy to put together, nice to look at and tasted great. I didnt make the rice as we dont eat it. I served this with Gyoza by JanS (which I fried). Thanks for posting-we will have this again soon.
