This nutritious pudding takes 3 minutes to make. It's very rich so you don't need a large portion to satisfy. Kids love it and you can feel good about serving it. It makes fantastic fudgsicles and great ice cream if you run it through your ice cream maker.

I wanted to give it 10 starts it is GREAT!! I did not use sugar I used vegetable glycerin. It was soooo good but I got a chocolate buzz :o) I had to give most of it away! My sugar freak friends did not like it much :( I thought is was a bite sweet the difference in taste buds or lack of taste buds.
