  • Wrap up tightly and roast for 25 to 35 minutes until carrots are tender, yet crisp.

  1. this dish was worth getting the little bottle of cognac i bought i paired it recipe #304670 which also had cognac in it and i baked them in 1 oven they matched very well it will made again very flavorful and the meat and potatoes guy liked this meal , which is a teatament to how good this recipe is lol
     
  2. This is really good. I cut it to 2 servings and it worked fine. Nice blend of flavors. Will be making this again! And clean up was a snap! :)
