Very nice carrots. Liked that they were not overly sweet. Next time I will cut my carrots thinner. Will definitely make these again. Made for BEVY TAG.

Very, very good. And I'm not even a big fan of cooked carrots. I used baby carrots and just sliced them into thinnish strips. Quick to do and enjoyed by all. Thanks for sharing.

YUM! These were wonderful. I served these with pork tenderloin and couscous. A great side dish for simple meat and starch menu.

BEST CARROTS EVER! My boyfriend and I went absolutely ga-ga for these carrots! I cannot rave enough about this recipe! The amaretto goes great with carrots-it is sweet but tastes amazing! I will make these again and again. Thanks for posting this recipe!

This recipe makes a lovely sweetish side dish. BF and I had this together with pork chops with my favourite rub (Hot Mexican Rub Hot Mexican Rub) and roasted potatoes with onions. The three dishes went really well together. The two of us ate the whole pound of carrots. Yummy! I might reduce the amaretto slightly next time, to reduce the sweetness of the dish, but we really enjoyed this as it is and I (well BF) followed the recipe exactley.

I only used about 2 tablespoons Amaretto, and these carrots were still wonderful,I also increased the butter just slightly, thanks ncmysteryshopper!
