This is a recipe I found years ago. I figure if carrots are good with amaretto, this one might work as well.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (16 ounce) package baby carrots, whole
  • 12 cup Curacao
  • 14 cup butter or 14 cup margarine
  • salt and pepper


  1. Cook carrots in some water till almost tender. Drain.
  2. Add the curacao and butter; heat slowly, stirring occasionally until carrots are tender and have absorbed the flavors.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
