Your recipes are terrific. I love different and simple veggie dishes and this filled the bill. I used 2 cups carrots and about 1 cup of frozen peas. Easy to do ahead and pop in the oven when needed. Again thank you Inez.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 709.77 ml cooked, sliced carrots
  • 283.49 g can cream of celery soup
  • 236.59 ml shredded cheddar cheese
  • 59.14 ml dry breadcrumbs
  • 14.79 ml melted butter

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F degrees.
  2. Butter 1qt.
  3. casserole.
  4. Combine carrots, soup, and cheese.
  5. Pour into casserole.
  6. Combine breadcrumbs and butter.
  7. Sprinkle over carrots.
  8. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
