Tasty little snack/salad!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 carrots, shredded
  • 1 apple, peeled, cored and shredded
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 14 cup blanched slivered almond
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the carrots, apple, lemon juice, honey, almonds, salt and pepper.
  2. Toss and chill before serving.
