My husband first had this in the hospital. All he could tell me was, it had carrots, raisins and pineapple. Here is what we ended up with after several trys.
- 1 lb carrot, grated (food processor)
- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, with juice
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1⁄2-1 cup raisins
What a great salad,I added some coconut and light cool whip to mine.
