Salads are a delicious way to get more veggies in your diet. I made this recipe with Just Mayo mayonnaise and half and half instead of miracle whip as a way to reduce the amount of additives, without compromising flavor. This is one of the fastest and easiest recipes I've made! Enjoy!

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the carrots and raisins and stir until combined.
  2. In another large bowl, add the mayo, half and half, apple cider vinegar, crushed and drained pineapple, sugar, and salt. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Add the mayo mixture to the carrots and raisins. Mix ingredients together with two forks until combined.
  4. This recipe can be served immediately or placed in the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour before serving.
