ingredients
- 473.18 ml raw baby carrots or 473.18 ml matchstick cut carrots
- 29.58 ml red wine vinegar
- 29.58 ml olive oil
- 14.79 ml sugar
- 2.46 ml dried dill weed
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 14.79 ml dried onion flakes
- 1.23 ml salt
- 1.23 ml ground mustard
directions
- whisk all ingredients except carrots, in a small bowl. Add carrots, stir, cover and chill at least one hour. Drain extra dressing right before serving.
