This is great in the summer for picnics if you like carrots. It is a very tasty addition to a cookout, or a side dish during the winter months.
- 1⁄2 lb carrot (grated)
- 1 (1 1/2 ounce) package raisins
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple (drained)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- Grate the carrots.
- Add the raisins, pineapple, mayonnaise, sugar, and salt.
- Mix well.
- Refrigerate till ready to use.
