This came from Pillsbury cookbook from the early 1960s.
- 2 cups coarse grated carrots
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup salted peanuts
- 1⁄2 cup peanut butter
- Mix all ingredients; reserve a few peanuts to dress up the top.
Nice and easy to make. I added some walnuts, salt to taste, 2 tbsp lemon juice and 1/4 cup low-fat yogurt. Delicious!
Simple quick and easy. I used unsalted peanuts and used my own Mayo. Thanks Brigette
