  1. Preheat broiler. Spread peanut butter over half of the bread slices; top with raisin, carrot, and remaining bread slices. Broil 4 inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Turn sandwiches over Broil for 1 to 2 minutes more or until toasted. Cut sandwiches into triangles or squares.

Made this with a very nutty, whole grain bread that we like so much & used extra chunky PB as well! Ended up with some really delicious sandwiches (really enjoyed the combo of flavors) & a recipe that I'm keeping on file, thanks to you! [Made & reviewed in New Kids on the Block tag]

Delicious! You can get your protein in this sandwich! It contains the 3 items I love -- peanut butter, carrots and raisins. The flavors blended well and the taste was awesome!
