A healthy and delicious juice - a great way to start the day! - from Australian chef flip shelton's 'green: modern vegetarian recipes'. As flip says of this juice "This has a pretty orange colour, a delicate floral scent and a great texture".

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 carrots (they're sweeter and juicier) or 6 -7 baby carrots (they're sweeter and juicier)
  • 150 g silken tofu
  • 1 tablespoon almond meal
  • 1 tablespoon rose water


  1. Juice the carrots. Blend the juice with the silken tofu, almond meal and rosewater until smooth.

I do enjoy fresh juices and this one is good and hearty! I did add fresh ginger.
