- 6 medium carrots
- 2 fresh peaches, peeled
- 1 orange, juice of
- 118.29 ml water, very cold
- 2 sprig fresh thyme, leaves only
directions
- Process the carrots in a juicer & use the resulting juice for this drink.
- In a blender process all ingredients until smooth.

Made with 8 baby carrots with all the other ingredients plus a handful of sunflower seeds which I often add to my smoothies for added nutrition and a bit of crunch. Very good, I did think at first the the carrot juice might be overwhelming but the addition of the thyme was a match flavour for flavour. A very healthy start to the day after some Christmas splurges. The peaches were fresh expensive out of season imports so I will wait until they are in season to make this regularly.
