- Cook 2 cups ground carrots with juice of 1 orange and 1 lemon; grate both rinds.
- Add 3/4 cup water and 4 cups sugar, simmer slowly 30 minutes.
- Pour in jelly glasses and seal.
TO be honest, this is NOT a review, since I have not actually made this recipe, but the combination is intriguing! Also, just a comment, the marmalade might not keep for too long w/o pectin or other rpeservatives, so be careful. Thanks.
