  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. In a saucepan cook carrots, raisins, honey, margarine and spices in the water for 10 minutes, then allow to cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl mix together the flour, baking soda, wheat germ, and walnuts and combine with other ingredients.
  4. Pour into two small well-greased loaf pans.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes.
