- Start by sauteing the crushed frosted flakes in 2 tbls butter. Remove from pan and set aside.
- sautéing the chopped onions in 2 tbls butter.
- Add flour, Milk and Salt & Pepper.
- Heat until it reaches the consistency you desire
- Add carrots and stir.
- Pour into a 9x13 pan.
- Place frosted flakes on top
- Cook at 350 for 20 minutes.
