- 2 lbs carrots, sliced
- 1⁄2 lb Velveeta cheese
- 1⁄2 cup margarine
- salt and pepper
- 1 -1 1⁄2 cup Post Toasties
- 1⁄8 cup butter (to use on top of carrot casserole)
- Melt margarine and cheese, stirring constantly.
- Pour water off cooked carrots; place in a casserole. Sprinkle Post Toasties (crumbs) over top.
- Dot with butter.
- Bake at 350 degrees until it's bubbly.
