  2. Mix sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla.
  3. Mix dry ingredients separately.
  4. Mix shredded ingredients- then mix everything together.
  5. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13 pan at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
  6. Let cool in pan approximately 5 minutes.
  7. For the frosting:.
  8. Mix cream cheese, butter, vanilla and powdered sugar then spread.
