- 1 small carrot, shredded
- 1 cup water
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1⁄4 cup raisins
- 1⁄2 cup oats
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped

- In a small saucepan, combine carrots, waer, salt and cinnamon and bring to a boil. reduce heat, add raisins and simmer for about 3 minutes.
- Stir in the oats and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Transfer to a bowl and add the brown sugar and nuts.
