- 354.88 ml whole wheat flour
- 4.92 ml baking soda
- 14.79 ml baking powder
- 4.92 ml cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 29.58 ml canola oil
- 59.14 ml raisins
- 59.14 ml walnuts, chopped
- 118.29 ml unsweetened orange juice
- 226.79 g crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
- 354.88 ml carrots, grated
directions
- preheat oven to 350.
- combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir to blend.
- Spoon into prepared muffin tins
- bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
