Carrot Cake

• Yields: 1 Cake

ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup oil
• 4 eggs
• 3 cups shredded carrots

directions

1. Mix all dry Ingredients.
2. Add sugar, oil and eggs.
3. Mix well.
4. Add Carrots, mix well.
5. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.

This is a yummy cake that we often bake at home here in Muscat. We love it!! It's easy to make and all the ingredients are usually on hand:)
