This recipe is from cooks.com. I am planning on making this for a dinner party I am throwing in honor of a friend who has been really successful with Weight Watchers. I'd like to print out a menu for her with the points values.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Combine all ingredients given, in order, in large bowl.
  3. Pour batter into two 9-inch layer pans or one 9x13 inch pan.
  4. Bake until center tests done, approximately 25 minutes for layers and 30 to 35 minutes for 9x13 inch.

Very moist and spicy winter cake. It was quick and super-easy to make and tasted soooo good! I added a cream cheese frosting (150g cream cheese, 2tbs honey, 1ts cinnamon) which went really well with it. But the cake is also good as is. Thanks for sharing!
