A healthy juice for all to enjoy.
- 6 large carrots, scrubbed only
- 3 large celery ribs
- 3 large apples, cored
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (or to taste)
- Process in juicer, mix well and enjoy.
- Refrigerate in a container with lid.
I used to mke tis 2 or 3 times a week. The only diffeence ws that I only used 1 celery stalk, and a piece of fresh ginger, cut into slices.. the ginger really gives it a great punch. Thanks for reminding me of this..I'll have to drag out the juicer agin..
I am new at the juicer but I did cut the celery in half and this was good. Thanks for posting!
Good juice, but too much of a celery taste for me. I added 1 cup of green seedless grapes. I'll be making this again, but with maybe only 1 or 2 celery ribs. Thanks Bill!
