A very interesting combination, this salad is wonderfully refreshing on a lazy summer afternoon.

  1. Take the Jell-O out of the container and slice it in an egg slicer; turn on side and slice again (you should end up with little cubes).
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; toss gently.
