  • 14 pint pure orange juice
  • 2 ounces raisins
  • 2 ounces desiccated coconut

Directions

  1. Grate carrots Cook raisins in orange juice to swell, then cool.
  2. Mix raisins and carrots.
  3. Add coconut and chill in nice serving bowl.
