ingredients

• 4 carrots, grated
• 4 radishes, grated
• 1 cup feta cheese
• 1⁄2 cup parsley, chopped
• 1 lemon, juiced
• 1⁄4 cup olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves, mashed
• 1⁄4 cup black olives, sliced

directions

1. mix the carrots parsley and radishes together
2. mix lemon juice oil and garlic together pour over salad toss.
3. plate top with cheese then olives.
