This is so simple!
- 8 cups water
- 1 vegetable bouillon cube
- 3 carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
- 3⁄4 cup small shell pasta (smaller the better)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon marjoram
- 1⁄2 teaspoon parsley
- Place the bouillon cube into the water and stir until it dissolves.
- Place the carrots into the pot and bring to a boil.
- Turn the heat down and cover, simmering for 8 minutes.
- Add the pasta and cook until the pasta is tender.
