From "The World Goes Raw Cookbook" by Lisa Mann. Zesty and refreshing! Even my kids love it. I add sprouted wheat berries and chopped avocado to the topping.

  1. Pulse walnuts in food processor until completely chopped.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spoon into bowls and add topping.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
