This is my mother in law Carol's recipe. Great for summer picnics and the holidays! Prep time does not include freezing.
- 1 (12 ounce) can apricot filling
- 1 (14 ounce) caneagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 5 1⁄2 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Pour into a jello mold or serving container, and freeze until firm or overnight.
- Then serve, it's wonderful.
