It really was very easy, and very good. The chicken was so tender!! I did mine in the oven too, and left it uncovered the first half and put tin foil on it for the second half and it was perfect!

This was "ok" for us. It took much longer than the 75 minutes (this could have been my rotisserie) and after 2 hours the outside was pretty burned looking but the inside was not done. I stuck it in the oven to finish it. After all that it was just not very flavorful to us. The kids had to dunk it in barbeque sauce for them to even eat it. I wish I could give it a higher review since I had high hopes for this. It sounded soo good.

This was very tasty and moist but I had a heck of a time getting the apples and celery pieces to stay inside the bird! I ended up sticking wooden skewers all over the place to keep everything in. Overall, a very nice flavor.

ATTENTION! This is AMAZING! So much flavor! OMG the apple scented the chicken divinely and the glaze was shear heaven! DH said he could eat chicken every night if it was this good! The herbs I used were thyme and parlsey. Made this in my indoor rotisserie and it came out with such moist meat and a crispy to die for skin! Thanks eternally NcM!

This is really, really good. I don't have a rotisserie so I did this in the oven. The chicken roasted beautifully, the flavor was wonderful and the smell! For fresh herbs I used thyme and rosemary.

This was a great roasted chicken. Very easy to do and the flavor was mild. I might try putting some fresh sage inside the cavity next time; I think that would blend well with the apple, honey, onion, celery flavors. I would have posted my picture but who could compete with the artistic work of ncmysteryshopper? From one NC gal to another.....thanks!
