Excellent flavor! The long simmering mellows out the mustard flavor so that it is not too sharp. I serve this on pulled pork sandwiches and it was wonderful! Thanks for posting.
I will be the first to admit, I must have done something wrong because it came out a little thin. I was worried at first but after letting it rest for about 12 hours the flavors really mixed together well. I made this along with a tomato based BBQ sauce for my pulled pork and both were attacked at the party. Thanks for the recipe.
