What a wonderful treat!! Made this for DH as an after dinner treat, but personally think it would be a better bed time treat. Made as written. Thanks for the post.

This is great masha Allah. I did use dibis karoub (Middle Eastern carob syrup) instead of the powder but I know the powder would have been better (chocolatier/carobier) I made ours two ways. Once with Almond Milk (Almond Drink Base) and another time using Sesame (Tahini) Milk (Dairy Free). I had a feeling the tahini milk would go so well with this, and it did which I preferred. Made for The Big Fat Greek Tag Game! For the WHOLE of September 2010 in KK's forum.

Delicious Sharon! What a nice bedtime treat. Love the smell of carob. I used agave and rice milk - it was fab!

I am a severe critic, and I don't give 5 stars all the time, but this stuff was delicious. I just started eating carob recently and I expected this to be something I would need to get used to, but it was really good. I did make one alteration. I had to use rice milk, but to make it creamier I added about 2 Tbsp MimiCreme before filling the cup with rice milk.

Sooo yummy! And the great thing is that I can drink this at night and not have to worry about the sugar or caffeine keeping me up! For my glycemic-conciencious husband, I use agave necter instead of honey, works like a charm. Thank you!

This tastes wonderfully chocolatey! I love it so much, and like HappyMami, I felt okay about drinking a mug of it while snuggled in bed last night :-) And I used agave nectar and soymilk for vegan reasons. Thanks so much!!
