Mexican Braised/Pulled Pork

  1. Mix all ingredients in a 12" sauté pan.
  2. Cover, set on the lowest heat on the smallest burner for 1 hour.
  3. Flip pork, braise for another hour.
  4. Flip pork, uncover, and braise for a 3rd hour.
  5. Shred pork in pan on the burner in all of it's juices.
