Carnation Milk Ice-Cream

My mother used to make this. I wouldn't compare it to ice cream but rather call it a frozen dairy dessert. I added some pureed fresh peaches that were getting a bit soft, and a little cinnamon. Delicious and light, since this is mostly air. Air doesn't have any calories either!

  1. Beat salt, vanilla and milk at medium to fast speed until ingredients triple in bulk.
  2. Gradually while still beating add sugar followed by gelatine.
  3. Place in container and freeze for several hours stirring occasionally.
