"Carl's Sausage Soup"

ingredients

• 4 cns beef broth, ready to eat
• 2 packages chipped frozen spinach
• 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
• 2 teaspoons dried basil
• 2 packages Little Smokies sausages, cut into 1/3 's
• 3 medium potatoes, cut into cubes
• 2 yellow onions, chopped
• 3 garlic cloves, chopped
• 2 cans cannellini beans, rinsed and drained

directions

1. Mix: Place all of the above in a soup pot and bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat and let simmer 45 minutes.
