This was made for potlucks by a co-worker & everyone knew if you didn't get some within the first hour- you didn't get any at all! It goes fast, that's for sure. Even those who don't like tuna always love this dip.
- 396.89 g can tuna
- jalapeno (as many as desired spiciness)
- 1 onion, diced
- 118.29 ml mayonnaise
- cilantro (to taste)
- tortilla chips
- Mix tuna, jalapenos, onion and cilantro in a food processor.
- Add mayonnaise 1 spoonful at a time until desired consistency is reached.
- Garnish with cilantro & serve with tortilla chips.
This was sooo good. I used the cilantro in the tube you get in the vegie section. I added quite a bit of jalapenos and some of the juice from the jar for the kick. It was gone in 20 minutes here in my house. Made for the APPETIZERS - Are You Ready For the Holidays? Thanks Princess.
Excellent! Used not as a dip but as a sandwich filler. I had no cilantro on hand but no matter, it made for a very good lunch with chips & pepsi.
