Another delicious way to serve sweet potatoes...the macadamia nuts add a unique touch and flavor, not to mention a nice crunch!

I loved the topping, the macadamia nuts were better than pecans which I've used in other sweet potato dishes. The cinnamon made it taste similar to pumpkin pie. The only thing I wasn't too crazy about was all the bananas. They were a little slimey. I will make this dish again, because of the macadamia nuts, but I will use only one or no banana.
