Carissa's Favorite Waffles
"This recipe was passed down to me from . . . someone. I'm not exactly sure where it came from but it is hand written on a recipe card in my box and my daughter LOVES them. She asks me to make them every morning. (You can ommit the honey if you have children under 1 year)"

- Beat eggs lightly.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Beat until ingredients are mixed but batter is still slightly lumpy.
- Pour into greased waffle iron.
- Enjoy!

These were so yummy! I made 16 waffles out of one batch and my kids loved them too. I used the syrup from Recipe #307561 and a side of Recipe #187790 with them. Awesome! Made for Spring 2009 PAC. Thanks!

So both kids have me on the constant search for great recipes. <br /> <br />I loved to play the 50s housewife role, which I did for two and a half years but now I'm back out in the working world. I am the office administrator at a small mental health clinic that specializes in children on the autism spectrum. <br /> <br />Unfortunately with everything going on these days and busy little bodies constantly running around I don't have as much time to cook and bake as I did when I was home but I LOVE it every time I get the chance. My passion is truly baking. Though I love to cook, I live to bake! I also enjoy reading, online computer games, sewing, friends and music of all kinds.</p>
