This recipe was passed down to me from . . . someone. I'm not exactly sure where it came from but it is hand written on a recipe card in my box and my daughter LOVES them. She asks me to make them every morning. (You can ommit the honey if you have children under 1 year)

  1. Beat eggs lightly.
  2. Add all other ingredients.
  3. Beat until ingredients are mixed but batter is still slightly lumpy.
  4. Pour into greased waffle iron.
  5. Enjoy!

These were so yummy! I made 16 waffles out of one batch and my kids loved them too. I used the syrup from Thin Swedish Pancakes and a side of Baked Bacon (Oven Fried Bacon) with them. Awesome! Made for Spring 2009 PAC. Thanks!
