  • 1 rotisserie-cooked chicken
  • 1 cup hellmans reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 14 cup mango chutney
  • 4 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 jalapeno (optional)
  • 1 large apple (optional)
  • 2 stalks celery (optional)
  • 12 cup slivered almonds (optional)
  • 1 large onion (optional)
  • 1 ounce cilantro (optional)
  • 12 cup dried fruit (optional)
  • 1 cup red grapes (optional)

  • Rip chicken into bite size pieces.
  • Mix mayo, chutney, curry powder, and any or all of the optional ingredients.
  • Combine with chicken and enjoy!
