Caribbean Turkey & Sweet Potato Chili

"I adapted this from one of Sandra Lee's recipes. Her cookbook says this makes four servings, but my husband and I definitely got six servings!"

  • Heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground turkey and garlic; cook and stir about 5 minutes until turkey is cooked through.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine. Bring the mixture to a boil; reduce heat.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes or until chili has thickened.

  1. Dahlicious! You'd never know it was made with ground TURKEY. I used white beans instead of black, but that was the only change. Thanks for posting such an easy, healthy recipe. Made for Fall 2011 PAC.
